Champions of Service in Italy in 2022
Ferroli has received the prestigious award "Champions of Service in Italy in 2022" which recognizes the excellence in the level of satisfaction of its customers.
This is the outcome of a survey of August/September 2021 by the German Institute for Quality and Finance - ITQF, an independent body specialized in the analysis and comparison of products, services and financial products, which conducted the most extensive survey on the quality of service offered by companies in Italy.
The study, now in its eighth edition, rewards only the best products and companies on the market, based on the collection of opinions of a sample of 265,000 Italian consumers on the service received from 1.616 companies in 158 different sectors of the economy.
A result achieved thanks to the commitment and perseverance in the search for the best customer service, which rewards the efforts made by Ferroli in recent years.
Dedicated Call Centers, prompt response, consultancy services, information and digital training, the new Incentives Desk and special attention to research and development of the products offered: these are the guidelines of our daily activities.
