Ireland – Long-standing Ferroli partner PK Gas & Oil Services has successfully completed a new residential heating installation featuring the Ferroli Force W wall-hung condensing boiler, delivering impressive results in both performance and ease of commissioning.

Led by Managing Director Pat Kavanagh, PK Gas & Oil Services brings more than 25 years of experience across natural gas, LPG, oil and renewable heating technologies. Fully RGI Registered, PK Gas & Oil Services works with natural gas and LPG appliances including boilers, cookers, fires, water heaters and pressure jet burners. The team is also skilled in the maintenance of wood pellet stoves and boilers.

For this project, the team required a compact but high-output boiler capable of operating on natural gas or LPG while achieving low emissions and integrating with multiple heating zones and domestic hot water. After assessing the site requirements, PK Gas & Oil Services selected the Ferroli Force W as the most suitable solution.

The Force W’s lightweight, wall-hung design helped ensure a smooth installation process, while its aluminium-silicon alloy heat exchanger provided high efficiency and low hydraulic resistance.

The boiler’s premix metal fibre burner also met stringent Class 6 (EN 15502-1) low-emission criteria. Advanced onboard controls — including dual temperature sensors, flue and water pressure safety systems, and integrated management of two heating zones and DHW storage — offered the flexibility required for the property.
