Homeowners

Need an engineer for breakdown or annual service? You can request a visit from a Ferroli approved Gas Safe registered engineer, either by phone or on-line. Either call 0330 205 0005 or use our online booking system and we will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment. *Homeowners – before you call us for assistance with your boiler please ensure you have the following two things to hand:

Postcode & address of the property where the boiler is installed.
For boilers that are still under warranty you will need the manual for the boiler which contains the benchmark checklist and service record.

Please note – if your boiler is still under warranty we need this information before we are able to arrange an appointment for the engineer to attend.
