Following the launch of our new aftersales support department Caresafe earlier this year we are proud to see on our forecourt one of our service division vans sporting its smart new livery.

At the heart of the Caresafe promise to deliver the very best customer service to anyone who owns a Ferroli boiler is our trusted nationwide network of qualified heating engineers who have been trained to work on our boilers so they know exactly what to do and how to diagnose and fix a problem.

We would like to grow our network of engineers to ensure we can meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. This relationship is very much a two-way street – you look after our boilers and we will look after you. Our commitment to you is that we will be on hand to support you and your business by providing technical expertise and guidance, every step of the way.
