Holland & Barrett in Burton-upon-Trent is feeling the benefits of four new Ferroli Modena HE 32kW combi boilers in place of an old commercial atmospheric boiler that was draining energy. 

When Anthony Murray of Precise Managed Services in Redditch was asked by Holland & Barrett to recommend an energy efficient solution that they could rely on, the Modena with a five year warranty as standard was chosen as the best boiler for the job.

Anthony switched to Ferroli boilers from his usual preferred brand after being let down by poor service. “Back up from the manufacturer is very important so when I was being constantly let down I decided to look elsewhere,” said Anthony. “I was recommended to try the Modena boiler by Pete Reade  at Trade Connections in Birmingham and I haven’t looked back since. It’s now my boiler of choice.

 

“Ferroli provides excellent service and back up, which is essential for me and my customers. The Modena is very easy to fit, very reliable and I like the fact that it has an aluminium heat exchanger, no diverter valve and a minimum of moving parts.”

The installation at Holland & Barrett also included the low loss header which was calculated and provided by Ferroli.

“We recommend the Modena to our customers because it’s technologically superior and comes with a long warranty,” said Pete from merchant Trade Connections.

 

“Our relationship with Ferroli goes back 35 years to when my father Mike Reade helped Dante Ferroli establish Ferroli in the UK. In the 1990s Ferroli were making boilers with the best technology. Since condensing boilers were introduced in 2005 a lot of good boilers came onto the market and there’s been a lot of competition, but today’s Ferroli boilers are right up there with the best of them. They offer technology that other boilers don’t have.”

 

Customers at Trade Connections can see a working Modena 27kW combi boiler on the premises, which was installed by Anthony.
